Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription in your account billing settings or by contacting inbox@viralbuddy.ai. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access to paid features continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.
One-time credit top-ups
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Unused top-up credits are refundable only where required by applicable law. Credits already consumed by a completed generation are not refundable solely because the creative result was not to your taste.
Failed generations
A failed generation should not consume usage credits. If your balance was reduced for a failed job, contact us with your account email, generation ID and date so we can investigate and restore any incorrectly deducted credits.
Refund requests
Send requests to inbox@viralbuddy.ai with your account email, purchase date, transaction reference and reason. We review requests under applicable consumer law and the payment terms shown at checkout. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method where the payment provider supports it. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. See our Terms of Service.
